What should I do about my Yorkie!?

I awoke this morning to a foul stench... My dog had made three separate piles of diarrhea it is a burnt sienna color and while one pile is shaped the other is nearly liquid... What should I do? There was no change in food and he is 9 1/2 months old could he still have worms? Or did he just get a bad piece of beneful?
