Weird Symptoms, please help!!?

Well I've had a "rash" since october on my neck/bellow neck/stomach. I don't know what it's from but it's basically pink, tered, slightly raised "splotches" they're not too noticable- but will not go away. Also, I've begun noticing a large(in diameter), but not VERY raised, lump-ish thing on my lower back (normally where your back is slightly caves in right before your ). It's probably 2 1/2-3 inches in diameter, and only a little bit raised. also it is painless. What are these things? Should i see a doctor or be concerned? also are the two conditions connected??
