I'm filing taxes and the daycare wont give me the EIN - how do I find this? ?

You have to give 2 weeks notice before you leave this daycare. The last week my daughter was there I told them it would be her last week (weeks prior I had told them that she would be leaving soon, I was just waiting on the apartment agency to finalize my paperwork). The lady wanted me to pay 2 additional weeks (which my daughter wouldn't be there). I paid one, as the week I told her and the one I paid for would be 2 weeks notice. She had agreed on one week. Now, she is refusing to give me my yearly report and her Federal Tax ID Number so that I can file these taxes until I pay her another week. The daycare is Little Rascals Child Care in VA. Also, in the contract it says after a child has been at the day care for a certain number of weeks/months they are eligible for one week off. (this place makes you pay even if the child isn't there - now they wont even count that as the week they want pay for and that it's only under their discretion).I have done the free searches and I can't find the EIN anywhere online. What can I do - what are my options? I have to file my taxes and I have given this daycare a few thousand dollars this past year I think I should be allowed to claim it.
