Who wants to help me with my baby registry?

I have been invited to several baby showers where mom-to-be registered quite early in the pregnancy. It is very hard for people to shop from a list made so far in advance. Most of the items are no longer available, out of stock, or only available online. If I could make any suggestion I would say wait until closer to the baby shower or when the babies are due to put things on a registry to save a lot of frustration for the people who are going to shop for your babies. It's really exciting to look at baby things when you are pregnant, but don't put things on the list too early.
