My 6 year old son has been getting in trouble daily at school. I dont know what to do about it.?

I have grounded him, i have given him chores, i have sat down and tried to talk to him about why he is misbehaving and of course he doesn't know. Nothing is working. Has anyone had problems like this? If so what worked to straighten up your child??
