I'm worried, will the mom die if the babie dies?( Sugar glider)?

Ok so my mother has been pregnant for 2+ months maybe 2.5 and about a month ago she opened a cup from taco bell and fell inside I'm Afraid she may have drowned the baby that is in her pouch.. Also. It seems to be the same size in her belly( as if it hasn't grown in at least 2 weeks ) will she die if it died? Or will she instinctively pull it out? I reAd online it should be oop soon... I hope so oooooooo also one babie is smaller than the other when I looked online for oop babies they seemed 2ce as big as the one in her belly, help!
