Understanding lab results/ also have 4mm pituitary adenoma?

Here are my lab results that are not in normal range.Neut %-87.5(H), Lymph %-11.4(L), Mono %-1. (L), Neut abs-7.1(H),Mono abs-.1(L),Glucose-114(H),CO2-20(L),BUN/C… Ratio-30(H). What does all this mean. I do not get straight answers and get sent from dr to dr to dr.
