Propel (by Gatorade) versus Vitamin water?

i saw a tv ad where they compared propel fitness water to the more, from my observations, popular vitamin water. i am seeing more people with vitamin water (in different flavors) next to them while they work and exercise. though i havent seen as much of the propel stuff around, the ad gave me something to think about. it showed that vitamin water has 100x times more calories than propel (250 cals vs. 25?), so it consequently will take more out of your time to work off the extra calories. is this a selling point for propel and should i be drinking it instead of the vitamin stuff? ive always thought that plain old water was all you needed by your side to replenish and revive our bodies after any workout. plus, ice mountain tastes better and is cheaper by the dozen than any either of these two concoctions.
