Opinion on Modifying Policies?

Does anyone else feel like Yahoo!Answers shunts any questions pertaining explicitly to to the back of the thread? Because I feel like I'm being bombarded with answering the questions of romantically confused preteens, and not getting my questions properly answered. I've also noticed other questions about get hurriedly pushed to the back of the thread.
