Need some advice from girls on a girl? How likely would you be to go out with me under these conditions?

It depends on the girl. Me personally, I'd go for it. But I'm mature for most girls my age (17). I recognize that 2 years in the grand scheme of life isn't that much, but a lot of girls won't. I have friends who don't date guys because they're 2 MONTHS younger. You need to objectively ess her personality. Be brutally honest, is she shallow? If she is, then no, sorry, she probably won't be interested until you're both in your late 30's and you're the rich successful man who's way out of her league. But if she isn't, then she's probably interested and waiting for you to make a move!
