ITunes Download Help :[?

I tried to downloaded itunes. Since i have my ipod back. Its not connected to the computer. When i downloaded it, then my computer got disconnected. So the download application said "are you sure you want to run this?" i clicked run then it sayed wit a red circle in a x in it "C:/Doents and Settings/HP_Administrator/ My Doents/iTunes743Setup.exe is not a valid Win32 application." so reconnected the interent and tried to downloaded again it. It haves the ons run or save like every download haves. So i clicked run. Then it popped out "are you sure you want to run this" it said run or dont' run i clicked run. it said "C:/Doents and Settings/HP_Administrator/ My Doents/iTunes743Setup.exe is not a valid Win32 application." AGAIN!! i need help is it somehow i can delete the old download?? or something please help
