Is there any town like Stars Hollow?

I know about Washington Depot. But I mean a town where you can walk to the town square, where the buisnesses are locally owned, where everybody knows everybody, and where theirs charming; not dirty buildings, and where the people are just as quirky and funny as they are on Gilmore Girls?
