IAre there Internal Shingles and if so what is the treatment?

I have been treated for muscle spasms, back problems, physical therapy and nothings has stopped the pulsing pain on the right middle side of my back. Motion with my arms like sweeping, washing dishes, brushing my hair sets it off.
