I need desperate help on my teeth.?

Yes, it's kind of embarring to say this but... my family is on the Pennsylvania Access Card. Since my family has low paying jobs. My dad got me the Access Card for medical needs. I think that's great so now I can go to the dentist and the doctor for free. But, the BIG problem is that there are HARDLY any dentists in the area that accepts the Access Card. Since my teeth are slightly crooked, my front tooth overlaps from another, I kind of get embarred. Mostly that in school I like to laugh and try to smile. Unfortunately, I can't since if I slightly smile my tooth shows. So, I asked my father to take me to the dentist so I may get braces. Sadly, many of the dentist around here to not accept Access Card. I went to one around this town called Lewisburg.. but that is for children 12 and bellow. And I am over the age of 12. My dad took me to almost every dentist but they don't accept Access Card. My mom told me I should check online but, I can't seem to find ANYTHING. The only hope I cant get is if I ask ACTUAL people. I hope someone may help, because once the school year starts I hope I may get braces by then. I really hope there are some dentists that accept Access Card, or else, my dad might have to pay with money... and braces are VERY EXPENSIVE.
