How do I clean granite counter tops without the dull film left by one cleaner from BBB?

I use something called 'Clean EnCounters' Countertop Spray Cleaner, which I get at Home Depot. It leaves your countertops looking like gl. Used for Granite, Silestone, Marble,Wilsonart, Corian and almost any other solid surface a well a formica and laminates.
