Having trouble taking vitamins, feels like I get a lump in my throat when taken?

I don't know what is wrong, it all started about 1 year ago. I had this problem like I had a lump in my throat. I had a thyroid scan and an ultrasound on my thyroid and everything looked fine. Then I went to a gi doctor to have an upper endoscopy done and everything looked fine there too. It really flares up and sometimes can be painful when I take vitamins or drink one those vitamin enriched drinks, sometimes it even feels like the lymph nodes in my neck get swollen as well and in conjunction with feeling of lump in my throat and feeling like my lymph nodes are swollen and it can be sometimes painful. Mainly it flares up real bad when I take vitamins. I am not pregnant and I can't take the vitamins because I am afraid its going to aggravate it. Anyone have any ideas on what it is? I know I should tell my ob/gyn about it but I don't see her until next week. Anyone have any ideas? Please help!
